Electrical Estimator
Job responsibilities will include providing electrical estimate on all types of projects, take-off and pricing on hard bid, quotations, and negotiated projects, develop scope of work and assists in final proposal preparation. Attend site visits and/or pre-bid meetings to investigate conditions at the job site prior to bid to understand and evaluate site accessibility, surface and underground conditions that could affect construction methods or costs. Estimator will participate in the process of subcontractors and vendors for potential projects in coordination with General Manager.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience 2-5 years minimum of Construction/Estimating experience
- Knowledge of Estimating Software Accubid and excellent computer skills
- Knowledge of electrical systems and able to understand architectural, structural, mechanical and related drawings.
- Knowledge and understanding of electrical specification and ability to calculate load in accordance with N.E.C.
- Customer service and negotiating skills are essential
- Organizational and Detail oriented
Electrical Project Manager
Job responsibilities will include communicating with owners and staff on the needs of the project, schedule and manage effectively all subcontractors. Meet weekly with clients to keep clients updated on job status and head off any issues, create a schedule and hold to it for the duration of the project. Write and manage change orders, communicate to field staff what is expected of them. Ensure the project complies with the plans, specs, codes, and safety guidelines. Routinely monitor the job site for job progress, quality, cleanliness and site security. Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures by field staff and subcontractors. This individual will be working with general contractors, owners and will be responsible for fostering relationship along with developing new business.
